Apartment Rental Terms and Conditions
- Weekly holiday periods in our apartments commence from 5pm Sunday depart by 10am the following Sunday, except at Xmas and New Year. Part Rentals (minimum of 4 nights) commence on either a Sunday from 5pm or a Wednesday from 3pm depart by 10am on Sundays.
- Each apartment has a relaxing, comfortable, well furnished lounge and dining area. Most have a feature fireplace. Fully fitted kitchen. Main bedroom with ensuite facilities, hairdryer and trouser press. Second bedroom, if applicable, with either ensuite or separately located shower room. All apartments are also fully equipped with all the necessities such as linen, towels, crockery, glasses and cutlery. There is a LCD television and DVD in each apartment lounge.
- Whilst in residence, the indoor Health Club, with small pool, jacuzzi, sauna, crystal steam room and gym is available for your relaxation. The tennis court and croquet lawn are available, plus bicycles can be hired from the Health Club. The heated outdoor swimming pool will be open during the summer months. Locally there is horse riding and golf.
- The rental rates quoted are for accommodation only. If required the amenities of the adjoining quality hotel, restaurant (prebooking), grill room, lounge bar etc ,subject to availability, are also available on a pay on departure basis.
- Any telephone calls made from the apartment will be charged to your account.
- Full payment is payable at the time of booking. No cancellations or transfers.
- No refund will be made in the event of cancellation so we highly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover your costs.
- Any damages occurring to the apartment, fittings, equipment or furnishings during a holiday stay will be charged for.
- The check-out time in all apartments is 10am and there will be a fee of £25 charged for all late departures.
