Due primarily to bereavement and illness, there are there are some resale co-ownership 1 bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 3 bedroom (1 Double, 2 singles) apartment weeks available to purchase for use until expiry of term in 2037 at purchase prices from as low as £250 once off payment, plus a good selection of other weeks at very reasonable prices. An annual management charge is payable each year.

What is holiday co-ownership?

Co-ownership weeks give the owner the opportunity to float their week or, if preferred and in accordance with the booking conditions, to use their own week and apartment. Owners who float their week can choose alternative weeks or apartments subject to availability.

In basic terms, you acquire, for a once only payment and an annual management charge, the right to use your or another character one, two or three bedroom holiday apartment, sleeping two to six persons, for a week annually until the year 2037.

The annual management fees are shared between all the co-owners to cover items such as changeover cleaning, general maintenance of grounds and building fabric, community charge, insurance etc as well as some refurbishment so that everything is kept to a good standard throughout the co-ownership term. You are responsible for your own personal telephone usage.

The co-ownership week normally begins on Sunday at 4 p.m. and ends at 10am the following Sunday (except over the 4 week Christmas and New Year period).
