Frequently asked questions about co-owning a holiday apartment.

Q. How long is the co-ownership period?
A. The co-ownership term ceases at the end of 2037.

Q. What size apartments are available and when are the vacancies?
A. There are 1 Bed sleep up to 4 and 2 Bed sleep up to 6 both using lounge sofabeds. Vacancies are available in most periods of the year although limited during school summer holidays.

Q. How much do the resale weeks cost?
A. Prices range from £250 to £3,000. Please request information for suitable holiday week or period.

Q. What are the current annual management charges?
A. The 2018 fees inc VAT are 1 Bed apartment - £520 and 2 bed apartment - £780. The Management Fees are reviewed annually in November.

Q. What is supplied in the apartments?
A. The apartments are fully furnished with all bedding and towels provided, plus have fully fitted kitchen inc dishwasher (no washing machine). Wireless internet is provided free of charge.

Q. Are there any other costs in residence?
A. You have to pay for any apartment telephone calls made.

Q. Can we bring our dog?
A. There is a no pets policy in all the apartments and grounds, except for registered disability dogs.

Q. Can we use the Indoor Health Club & other leisure facilities?
A. Apartment co-owners can use these facilities, subject to availability, when they are in residence and also throughout the year for day visits.

Q. Can we use the adjoining hotel amenities?
A. All apartment residents can use the hotel amenities including room service, subject to availability, on a pay on departure basis for any food and drinks as taken.
